How do I set my podcast to turn off after one hour

I listen to podcasts/music to fall asleep. I don’t want it to play for more than an hour. How can I set that up

How can I stop my Podcasts from auto-queuing? Any suggestions on how to stop podcast from automatically going into the Up Next queue?
