Question

iCloud backups zero devices, 4.9 GB used

Hello,

I am not able to free up backup space from my iCloud.

My backup item shows zero devices, still 4.9 GB are eaten up.

Please help me!

Hi Sberman,

many thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately I have many devices, some are not online any longer, I am not able to turn it off everywhere. I would need to do a general cleanup. Also the backup space is associated to zero devices, so there must be a bug somewhere.
