iPhones, including the iPhone 11, don't have a port to connect an external antenna for receiving local channels like a traditional TV.

The internal antenna on your iPhone is designed for cellular and WiFi signals, not for receiving broadcast TV signals.

For local TV or radio, you'd need to find an app in the app store which broadcasts the content you want.

For example, my cable company, Spectrum (owned by Comcast) has an app I can use to watch the same content I can on my TV, but on my iPhone. I don't really care about local radio stations on my phone, but I'm sure there are apps for that as well.

Here's an app you can use for local radio stations --> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tunein-radio-music-sports/id418987775
