End to end encryption problem

I’ve been having issues regarding the new feature of messenger app and that is the end to end encryption. Ever since the app got updated I’ve been experiencing quite a struggle in sending messages and calling people on the app. The messages I’m sending are not being delivered and whenever i make calls its not connecting. And if other people call me I’m not reachable even though the current place im staying at have good and stable internet. Im really confuse :’))
