The iPhone 6 is obsolete, due to its age it cannot update further then iOS 12.5.7

Hello again ~ You cannot update your current iPhone any further and to use iOS 14 or higher you need a newer model. Repeating your post over and over to yourself will not change that fact.

You're right. You can't download those apps on such an old iPhone. That has nothing to do with Apple. YouTube and Facebook don't support old obsolete devices anymore. It's up to them to determine what iOS versions are minimally required for their apps. If these are important apps to you, it's time to buy a much newer iPhone which can run the iOS version the app developers require.
