MSN gets paid to provide these fake ads that scam people. Contact MSN and tell them you are never going to use their service again to see what response they provide. You will also find many phishing attempts by email, messages, and phone calls that claim the same thing. In the end, it is always up to users to protect their own data and to be knowledgable about these tactics.

You can find more information about these phishing attempts and how to report email, message, and calls by following this Support Article. When it comes to websites, your only option is to report to them or just ignore and move on with your day.

i was hoping somebody could fix it for everybody but apple seems unable to accomplish this task

Apple or any other company will not be able to stop every bad thing that happens to you or prevent you from viewing fake news. It all comes down to personal responsibility and all they can do is provide guidance to assist you in practicing safe internet use. The internet is just one form of media where you will find false information and is also available in many other forms. Unless you live in a cave, you will not be able to avoid it.
