will i get free apple music for 6 months on my new iPhone even if i use my old apple id to sign in?

Previously, I had an iPhone 11 where I used the 6-month free Apple Music offer when the phone was new. Now, I've switched to an iPhone 15 Pro. I'm wondering if I'll receive another 6-month free Apple Music offer if I log in with my old Apple ID ( which was previously logged in in my iPhone 11), or do I need to create a new one to access this offer?
