I purchased a iPhone 15 in USA and installed my eSIM onto it.
I would now like to transfer all my data from my iPhone 13 to the iPhone 15. Will the transfer delete the eSIM on my iPhone 15?

The transfer does not delete anything.
The process or resetting the iPhone to actually be able to transfer data to it will delete all content of the iPhone, but you will be given the option to preserve your eSim.
