How to transfer data from iPhone 13 Pro to iPhone 16 pro after accidentally deleting it

Transferred data from phone to phone, I set up new iPhone. I had trouble transferring the eSIM from the old iPhone until I went to the carrier. I then accidentally deleted all data & eSIM from the new iPhone . I’ve now got my eSIM back on the new phone - can I transfer the data from the old iPhone to the new, as I did initially?
