icloud drive says Your most recently accessed files are downloaded to this device for quick access. The original files remain safely stored in iCloud.. But i deleted it from the icloud drive and on my phone and it still shows 54GB, what should i do?

Troubleshooting iCloud Storage:
Download All of iCloud:
