iOS 17.4.1 not allowing Meta to access photos

I just updated to iOS 17.4.1 and I can no longer download or upload photos to/from Facebook or Instagram. It tells me to go to my settings to allow access, but when I open Settings there is no photo access option to select. When I go to either Facebook or Instagram in Settings, I have the option of altering settings for Location, Local Network, Siri & Search, Notifications, Background App Refresh, and Cellular Data, but nothing for photo access. When I go to Privacy & Security and click the Photos link, it does not give me any options to allow access for Facebook or Instagram. How do I enable access with this new iOS update?

Same thing was happening to me, easy fix just hard reset your iPhone (Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.)
