Apple TV movie refund not received

I bought the “Evil Dead Rise” Movie to watch with my GF on shareplay

however the even after the successful purchase the movie didn’t show up in my library, I tried signing out and logging back in but it didn’t work.

So I requested for a refund, to my surprise I received a message that is has been refunded, however I checked all my back accounts that was linked to my apple Id but couldn’t find any credit from Apple.

Then I thought maybe they refunded on my apple id but no I was wrong there as well, no money there as well, really don’t know what to do now.
