I previously had call forwarding set up on my iphone using #61# if I didn't answer the call, I'm now trying to use code #62# to cancel the call forwarding, however it's not working? I am getting the confirmation screen that's it's been cancelled however, when testing the call still diverts to the number previously programmed.
My phone call settings > call forwarding has never been used or set up & is disabled.

Call Forwarding is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. The best way to resolve your issue is to contact your carrier and ask them why you cannot cancel Call Forwarding. They should be able to resolve this for you at their end.
