Airpod gen 3 question

When i got my first airpods a few days ago, everytime i checked my setting i saw the airpods and the airpod setting, and they were always connected,just recently they were acting funny so i restarted them, now everytime i take them out they disconnect and l cant see them in setting anymore. I don’t know if the phone doesn’t think it’s my airpods or what. Bear with me because i recently got a apple phone and am still learning

Try and reset them to factory settings to see if this issues persist




  • AirPods (all generations) or AirPods Pro (all generations): Put the AirPods in their case, close the lid, then wait 30 seconds. Open the lid, then press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light flashes amber, then white.
