Does this 2016 model phone have a SIM card tray? I think not. There's no hole on the side to poke with a paper clip to open a tray, and there is no tray. I just want to confirm I'm not missing something about the phone. But it seems the SIM card must be inside the phone?

Perhaps you've a different model iPhone SE while if so
that'd need be newer SE-2 or SE-3, to get some ideas

My iPhone SE (Ver #1) from 2016 has a SIM Card slot
& may be accessed with straightened paper clip wire.

If only that were true. I wish I could attach a photo to show the smooth right side of my phone. (But my husband's phone is dead at the moment and I can't take a photo of it.) There is truly no pin-hole or outline of a tray. My "About" this phone in General Settings says this is an iPhone SE (not a 6--my error) which was introduced in March 2016 and I bought in December 2016. It's still working and I don't want to get a new phone until I have to. Was going to try Reebelo and put this phone's SIM card into a newer phone, but there is truly no extractable SIM card.
Thanks for your thoughts on this. It's just bizarre that there's no tray, no hole, etc. It's not a 6--that was my error. I might take it to an AT&T store just to see what they say about it. Weird!
