iPhone 15 and 15 Pro Max Will Not Charge

I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max and I went to plug it in before bed and it would not charge. I tried 4 different boxes, 3 different cords, different outlets, and nothing would charge my phone and it would also not charge my boyfriends iPhone 15 Max. All of these cords will charge my MacBook so its not a cord issue. Both of our charger ports are clear and we both tried turning on/off our phones as well as doing a force restart. Our phones are up to date but there is an update for iOS 17.4.1 but I can not update it since my phone is only at 8% and will not charge.

Follow these steps:

Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device.
Restart your iPhone or iPod touch.
Try a different USB cable or charger.
Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS.
Contact Apple Support to set up service.

If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support (BH)

I have this same issue right now. Restarting the phone (soft and hard) did not work. I even did a fresh restore and it did not work. Tomorrow I’m going to my local premium reseller for a technical appointment. Let’s see what happens…
