Rename Bluetooth Devices

On my previous iphones, I was able to rename bluetooth devices that connected to my phone. I now have an iphone 15pro and I am not not able to change the names. I have 3 remotes I use: 2 for selfie sticks and one for a ring light. All 3 are from different companies (at least supposed to be) but for some reason all three have the same name for the remotes (AB Shutter3).

I did everything suggested on a previous post but the option to change it (or even to disconnect the device), is not there. Has that been fixed yet? Thank you for your help.
