An email associated Notes folder from my iPhone 12 is lost when I deleted the email account.

I had to remove an old outlook email account associated with my previous company 3 days ago. I did not know that this long Notes folder was connected with the email account.  Now the whole folder is gone. I can not add back the old company email account.

How can I retrieve this notes folder?
