Says my account is suspended my debit card doesn’t work. How do I get that reversed?

Suspended or disabled? If it's been disabled, you'll have to contact Apple Support for help.
Otherwise - If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
