Is there a way to add a Pin Button or 'Share to Pinterest' extension to Safari?

It's been many years since Pinterest dropped the Pin Button for Safari -- I've submitted this question to them a couple of times but no reply. Does anyone know if they will EVER bring that button back? Or if there's a way to add the extension to Safari with a workaround? I can't believe they'd leave a good share of users in the dark on this.
