Apple ID inactive

Hi there,

I'm complaining about the inactivity of my icloud which is my email,

My icloud was created couple of days ago and was active until it stops working all of a sudden. It keeps asking me to update my icloud which I'll need to input the password to my icloud first and whenever I typed in my pasword, it keep saying that "this apple ID is not activated" then I had to proceed to forgetting my pasword which I'll have to input my email "roylenea****@gmail.com" which the same one as my apple ID. When ever I do request for code to set up my apple ID, it keep saying "this mail is not active" and my email is very well active. I try to login from Sefari and it says my apple ID is not active. And it was active untill all of a sudden, it starts requesting that I've to "update my apple ID" and whenever i did, it's not allowing me to even sign in, let alone allow me to set up for it, a new password.

If you see the message below, or similar "inactive" messages:

- "Inactive" Apple ID/Account

- "Verification Failed. This Apple ID is not active."

You need to have Apple reactivate the account. Please contact official Apple Support for help with an "inactive" Apple ID. The people responding on this forum are Apple product users like yourself and cannot do anything with your account.

To reach Apple Support:

1. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=cups&PGF=PGF63005

2. Select: Disabled Apple ID

3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert

4. Select: “Continue”

5. Select a chat or telephone call option.
