Final Cut Pro X is always lag and load while using drag and trim after Mac Mini M2 updated to Sonoma 14.4.1

I have recently updated Mac mini M2 to Sonoma 14.4.1, I found a problem about Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) while I was trimming some video on the timeline. On every videos trimming ,FCPX have interrupted by lagging and loading during drag and trim any videos; it is not smooth like when it was 14.4.0 version, but my FCPX was already updated in current version since 14.4.0. How can I fix this problem?

Start by deleting FCP preferences.

To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting the application and click Delete Preferences.

The application will start in a default state, and open an "Untitled" library. Reopen the library you were working on, set the preferences the way you like them, and try again.

If the problem persists: Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.

Verify your system drive's total capacity AND how much is left as free space.

Q1: Please show me what is loaded and where it is displayed.

Q2: Isn't it a rendering?

Q3: What part do you look at to determine that it is loading?
