Today I noticed that my Maps app is “stuck” behind another app on my Home Screen. It seems to be stuck in the same spot no matter how I rearrange the other apps.
Additionally, even when I’m not in rearrange mode, the app itself still wiggles and has the minus badge on it (though it’s unresponsive).
What on earth is going on? I tried talking to support but they weren’t able to follow what I was saying.

Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and try to delete the CrowdMag app.
Otherwise, reset the Home Screen and apps to their original layout:
Any folders you’ve created are removed, and apps you’ve downloaded are arranged alphabetically after apps that came with your iPhone.

Are you sure that you aren't using a screenshot as wallpaper? Try changing the wallpaper and see if the problem goes away.
