I tried deleting and re-downloading and even reinstalling the device but the app still doesn't work. To make it easier to understand, I use it to go from point A to point B, but the icon that displays my car is slow or after I pass a road with a curve or turn in different directions, it will display that I have passed that road after 5 to 10 seconds, which makes my travel experience extremely bad.

Sounds more like an issue with your cellular data than the app. since it lagging.
Do a force restart, if that doesn't help, contact your network provider.
