So I have been having trouble with my phone number coming up unknown when making calls my service provider can’t help me and Apple says it’s a *glitch* please help

Upon further research it sounds like your Caller ID may be disabled.
To check go to:
Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID > Enable

Caller ID is a carrier feature.

When calling a Family Member your phone number is not associated with a name it appears, As apple provides the phone, they can't actually put your name with the number. The only way to have this done is with your Cellular Carrier/Provider.
How long have you had this phone number?
Who is your cellular carrier? They are the ONLY ones who can help you.
