Cellular network off after 17.4.1 update

Updated Iphone 11 to ios 17.4. Now there is no cellular data. Took it to carrier, tried many things, different SIM card etc., nothing changes it.

Anyway fixes?

Have you tried to install a carrier settings update?

Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
Tap Settings > General > About.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
