I haven't been able to set up cellular on my Apple Watch SE after changing my Sim to an eSim

I have 2 eSims

EE

02 network

its connected with 02 network

which my watch had previous had a data plan with

the only change made was SIM to eSIM of the same number on my phone

my previous setup was 1 SIM, 1 eSim

I reset my eSIM to swap to new device

i then unpaired the watch, added back to account and tried again to setup data plan with no success

I am not trying to add 2 plans I have no intention

i am just stating I have 2 eSims, however my old setup with the same watch was setup when having it as SIM not eSIM

i removed the data plan incorrectly now that I ordered a new data plan it cannot be installed

i I need to completely remove my watch from my account add it back and setup the data plan

i tried unpairing this still had the same issue after adding the same watch

I have this, but my point is that I cannot add a data plan after this point

i I don’t know how to reset my watch with my iPhone to start again like a new device
