I need to track my iPhone I recently took off of my icloud
I recently removed a device from my iCloud but now it’s stolen is there anyway I can add that device back on my find my iPhone.??

Nope, sorry. Once removed from your account, you can't track the phone AND whoever may now be in possession of it, can wipe it to use it themself or sell it. The only thing you can do at this point is ask your carrier to blacklist the phone so it can't be activated on any network.
