I’m not aware of a way to remove a device from Find My remotely, short of removing it from the Apple Account. Which you don't want to do here.
Find My can’t find devices with depleted power, when out of communications, or when disassembled for parts, among other possibilities.
Here is what to do for a lost iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/101593
You might (or might not) see updated locations for up to 30 days, but you will never see the phone again.
The criminals will take advantage of the clearing of Activation Lock long before any scenario occurs in which it turns itself back on. And you can’t turn it back on remotely.
If it's been removed from find my, it's a lost cause. You will never see it again.

see whats here

By the way, if there is any chance that the criminals know your Apple ID password, or that you gave it to them as part of a phishing scam, change your password immediately.
