Help with iCloud and Find My for stolen iPhone

I really need help from an expert about my iCloud & the information I see on Find My device as I have had my iPhone 16e stolen and are about to speak to the police. I need help asap please- I've been trying all night to find the answers but alas no luck.

Contacting Apple Support:

A. Contacting Apple Support:

Go Here: Contact Apple Support - Apple Support

  1. Scroll to: Connect with live support
  2. Select: your location from the dropdown box.
  3. Proceed from there as necessary


B. Chat Session Info:

If you cannot contact Apple Support via phone, then perform a chat session with Apple Support. Note that some topic are call-only (i.e. in regards to Apple ID). So, make up a scenario to get around this (i.e. "My screen won't respond"), and then ask to speak to someone.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Proceed from there as Necessary

What help are you looking for?


A. Finding with find My:

Go Here: https://www.icloud.com/find. See if it is seen. The location this is shown is the location that it was last connected to the Internet.


B. Erasing an iPhone With Find My:

If you think you will never got it back, then you can delete it through use of Find My, as long as it was tuned on, on your iPhone, and as long as it is a service provided in your location/region. Go Here: Erase a Device in Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Troubleshooting a Stollen Phone:

Change your passwords, immediately, starting with your Apple Account password.


Secure your Info:

If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.


III. Report Items to Apple:

So, report phone calls' and messages' info to Apple and Authorities. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip
