How to control screen time after my child turns 13
How can I prevent (require a passcode/password) my child from turning off family sharing now that he has turned 13?

You can prevent Account Changes by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes. Make sure this is set to "Don't Allow". Make sure he does not know the Screen Time Passcode.
