Having problems when searching for files on external drives.

I'm using an iMac Pro 2017 Running Big Sur 11.7.10

When I do a search for a file or Mp3 a whole list of files with the correct name show up, but the files are all wrong. If I go to the folder that the file is in directly everything is fine. Only having problems when searching.

Anything I can do or reset to fix this issue? I have terabytes of music files that I will never be able to find without this working properly.

You can re-index Spotlight by following the steps here. Make sure your external drive is not excluded from the search results.
