"Notify when left behind" is missing on AirPods Pro (2nd gen)

I bought Airpods Pro 2nd Gen (Model no. A3048) last week mostly for the reason that I wanted this feature. After pairing it with my iPhone 11, I come to find that it doesn't have the option at all in the Find My app. Under "Notifications" it has "Notify when found" greyed out and nothing else.

I also just updated my phone to iOS to 17.4.1, removed my Airpods Pro then reconnected them, hoping that would fix the issue but it didn't.
