How do someone who doesn’t know your password accesss your phone with the help of his own phone ?

I did change my apple password but that was counter-intuitive given that I know the person sees my every move. Oddly enough when I click settings, then my name my phone is listed and it looks to be signed into my Apple account and I changed the password and added my iCloud address but I have the option to click Sign in with Apple ID. Can someone control your device if they know your Apple ID password? hello . Is possible if someone know your Apple Id password to get control over you device and you don’t know it? Like can he do parental control and you won’t notice ? Phone is acting up and I’m worried I got hacked badly . [Re-Titled by Moderator]
