Phone Number not showing with eSIM

I recently switched cell service providers and installed an eSIM. The phone is working and I am able to call. I am also able to send messages. My phone number is not showing associated with the eSIM. My MMS is also not showing registered with the phone number. I am unable to manually enter my cell number.

I have rebooted my phone multiple times. I have turned Airplane mode off and on a number of times. I have turned my cell line off and on multiple times. I have turned iMessages and FaceTime off and on multiple times.

Please help.
