Inappropraite adds on my Apple device

I keep getting non stop ads depicting domestic violence, child neglect, infidelity and mild sexual content. I’m over 18 but I know not everyone playing these games is 18. I’m offended that they all portraying the victims as women. These ads are sexist, inappropriate , demeaning to women, and they lack taste . . And they need to start setting strict guidelines regarding what they will and won’t allow game developers to put in their ads. Some people suffer from PTSD. Fix this problem please .
