iPad wallpaper from photo not centered

I was finally able to pinch to crop to get a photo that wasn’t hugely magnified on my screen (needs both hands, one to pinch to crop and the other to hit done), but the photos are now displayed on the left hand side of my screen.

Why is my iPhone 15 Pro Max wallpaper appeared zoomed in? I have read some posts that said I have to open the pictures in the iOS photo app and crop it to the correct aspect ratio. What's the correct aspect ratio? I cropped my images in Adobe Lightroom because that's the majority of my photos came from. I have cropped it to 19.5 by 9. Isn't this the "correct" aspect ratio?
