I am unable to remove a Gmail account from my iPhone 13 Pro Max

IOS 17.4.1

I was with a company that used Gmail for their domain. I had that account on my phone. I left the company. They deleted the gmail account.

I went to delete the Gmail account on my iPhone.

If I go into Mail, Calendar or Contacts, then click on Accounts...

All accounts are grayed out except this one Gmail account. I cannot add, edit or modify these accounts.

The Gmail Account ONLY allows me to click on Re-Enter Password.

There is no account, hence there is no password.

No amount of click/hold/drag/tap/lick/spit or any other Apple actions on either of these screens.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and allow “Account Changes.” This will “un-grey” the accounts and may allow you to delete the offending account.
