my number is potential spam, why?

When calling other subscribers, my phone number is marked as potential spam. how to remove this inscription and put my name

Phones displaying suspected spam calls when number isn't saved Has anyone come across an issue where someone is calling others who doesn't have their number saved & it's coming up with a suspected Spam call? When calling phones that have his number saved it comes up as the contact name as normal. Calling from an iPhone 13.

Ask your cellular carrier for assistance. They provide your default Caller ID.
