Why dose Apple Music keep playing in the background on my android ?

I have a Samsung S13, when I open Apple Music and listen everything is fine, but when I finish and close the app and put on earbuds it’s still playing music where it stopped. I also get a pop up showing apple music is playing in the background, seems like all the time. If I uninstall the app and download it again will I loose my library and favorites. Thank you for any help!

Apple Music songs are breaking up during playback I'm looking in the community to see if others are having Apple Music breaking up during songs, but I don't see anything recent. It's not skipping entire songs, it's just stopping in the middle of the song. I use this for my business and it's annoying and embarrassing. I have tried clearing cache, using my iPhone instead of iPad, different locations, etc. Nothing is working and I'm considering switching to something else but I don't want to lose all of my playlists. How to stop Apple Music from playing automatically? Apple Music starts up randomly without any input from me. It will suddenly start playing the first tune in the iTune library while I'm trying to something entirely unrelated, and Music is (supposedly) unopened. I also notice that Music seems to be permanently squatting in my Control Center, where it has no business being. How can I stop this annoying app?
