Is Airpod Pro 2 not supposed to connect with bluetooth transmitter?

I bought a UGREEN Bluetooth Transmitter which supposed to be a universal for bluetooth device connection. Everytime I paired the Airpod Pro 2 with the transmitter connected with my desktop PC, i heard sounds for 1 sec then there will be no sound at all!!

I tried everything like turn off all my apple devices, I even click 'forget this device' on my iphone for completely reset my airpod pro 2. But it doesnt works at all!! The connection is fine. It showed successfully paired and connected but I can't listen a single sound!!

I just want to confirm is this airpod pro 2 not supposed to connect with bluetooth transmitter with non apple product? Is the airpod pro 2 firmware problem? And are there any official transmitter allow me to connect my airpod to any device including non apple product??
