My signal account sending random messages

I recently “sent” a picture of a map to a family member from my signal account. But i didnt send it and i dont even have that picture on my device. I also “sent” a text message to a friend saying “ our signal safety number 12345 etc “ with 12 of these five digit numbers. Does anyone know what is going on ?
