Are these legitimate purchases for things you bought? I believe that legitimate credit card charges from Apple often start off with "APPLE.COM/BILL" (as in, a bill from Apple, Inc.) and that the location may vary. In the U.S., it is often Cupertino (Apple worldwide headquarters), but in some other parts of the world, it might be some regional center in Ireland. Usually any detailed itemization of what you bought is in your purchase history and/or separate e-mail that you got from Apple – and Apple might bill your card some days after the actual purchase (especially in the case of music, movies, and apps where they are trying to save up multiple purchases to put onto one card transaction).
I would suggest reviewing your purchase and billing history. If you don't recognize these as legitimate charges after doing this, I would suggest contacting Apple Support and your bank.

I do not know what the laws are like where you live, but in the U.S., you can dispute credit card charges after making a good-faith effort to resolve issues. If the credit card bank agrees with you, they can reverse the charges.
