hei siri doesn't esxecute sortcut command

I’m suspecting that the issue might be the shortcut name. I have a shortcut named “Language Settings” and it runs correctly when I say “Siri, language settings”. I use iOS 17.4.1 if it makes any difference. You could try to rename temporarily the shortcut (call it for instance “Language Settings” as we know this name works.)

That's odd. I'm not sure what the issue is. Go to Settings > Siri & Search " Listen For" and turn it off. Restart the iPhone and turn the setting back on (Use "Siri or Hey Siri"; this is what I use.)

A question, though: what happens when you say "Hey Siri" (or "Siri"), wait for Siri to reply and then say the name of your shortcut?
