I have a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, but cant get it to light up.
Mac help says that all keyboards have back lights - but my keyboard, connected to Mac Studio, doesn't seem to have a setting for it.
It that correct?
No, only some Apple laptops have backlit keyboards.

Huh, that's what a so-called 'Wired' keyboard does.
There are after market backlit keyboards that are wireless if that is what you need or want.
