Magnet App Not Working

I bought the Macbook Pro M3 about a month ago with MacOS Sonoma. I downloaded the Magnet app but haven't been able to use it. It doesn't pop up in my menubar, dock, force quit, etc. I can't delete and redownload it because it is open, and I can not find it to quit. I assume this is just a user error (lol) and not an app glitch or bug. Can anyone give me a step-by-step use, tips, or suggestions? Tell me how you found it or fixed the problem. Thanks!

Magnet windows manager tool bar menulet I recently purchased Macbook Pro 14 inch M1 Pro with Ventura after 10 years with MBP 2012. I use the Magnet app regularly. The app sits happily in dock and the menulet will appear in toolbar when the dock icon is clicked. However, it disappears at every shutdown and can only be re instated by clicking on dock icon once MacBook starts up. (Remains in place if MacBook lid shut or sleep mode entered). I have tried to put Magnet into "open at log in" Settings>general>log in items>open at log in but it also disappears when MacBook shut down (not when sleeping). Nothing in the app preferences to help in this matter. Have been using Magnet on the older MacBook (Catalina) and iMac (Monterey) for years with no issues - the Magnet menulet has always been available on tool bar where it suits me better. Is there anything else I can do? Am I missing something basic here with Ventura? I've reached out to Magnet but no feedback so far.

Magnet open but nowhere to be seen I've been using Magnet for a long time, but since I got a new MacBook recently, I can't seem to find it after I open it. On the activity monitor, I can see it's open, but it's not visible anywhere on the toolbar or on the dock, or anywhere. I've tried deleting and redownloading it, but I ran into the same issue. Anyone any ideas?

problems after installing venture After installing Ventura 13.1 on my new MacBook Air,I keep getting a popup that says: "MeterStatusMenu" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the trash. When I click on "Move to Trash" it says to move it manually, but I can not find any app or file with this name
