Why can't I access ATT.com using Safari

When I try to access att.com from MacBook or iPad I get a screen that says "Something gone wrong" connect to wifi or try later.

Both devices are using wifi.

I called Att and they said use Chrome.

Do I really have to use a different browser?

Are you logged into iCloud and have Private Relay enabled? I'm experiencing the same issue with it on, but if I turn it off, I can get to AT&T's login page.
