I cleaned my phone for a return to AT&T...the phone then said you missed find my phone and one other.. The phone advised that I do the two things on screen, which I did. Then it reset to the Bonjour screen. AM I good to send it in. Thank you....
Yes, if you turn it on and it says Bonjour, or Hello, in any language, you tap on it and it goes to a Setup screen, it has been erased.
