iPhone 13 choppy/jittery scrolling

When scrolling in FB, IG or any online shop app, the scrolling becomes choppy, it’s like a little glitchy. I’t hurts my eyes, as previously had iPhone XS which worked perfectly when scrolling. My phone is on 17.4.1 update, does it have something to do with the update, or is there anything I can do to fix it?

Try and force restart it to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Thank you, just tried that but seems that the issue persists, it’s most visible in Facebook app, and LinkedIn. When I scroll very fast it not visible, but when I scroll slowly, it again becomes choppy.
