iPhone 15 Pro Max - scrolling problem

Hello. The topic was discussed in many places on the Internet, but I did not find the answer to my question anywhere. iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17.4.2. There is an issue when scrolling through pages in many apps. The scrolling image is not smooth - it is shaky and stutters. Chrome/Safari and YouTube look quite good. Other apps experience a lot of stuttering while scrolling. Has anyone met someone who managed to solve this problem?
